WARRANTY
Soleil backs all of our flat irons and curling irons with a lifetime warranty, if you have registered it after purchasing (https://soleileu.com/register-product/).
Guarantees can only be given for original products. The warranty does not apply to damage caused by using a voltage converter, dropping the product, or misuse. If you wish to make a warranty claim due to a manufacturing defect, please contact Soleil ([email protected]). Before we provide warranty service, Soleil may ask you to provide proof of purchase. RETURN POLICY
You can return products online purchased on (www.soleileu.com) within 15 days of purchase for a refund of the invoice amount, you can return most new, unopened items purchased online within 15 days of delivery for a full refund. We will also pay the return shipping cost if the return is due to our error (you received a wrong or defective item, etc.).
IMPORTANT: For a refund, the devices must be unused and unopened! You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of your package being handed over to the return sender. However, in many cases, you will get a quicker refund. This period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes for us to process your bank our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
Sale items
Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Sale items may not be refunded.

Please include your full name, phone number, order number, product, the quantity you wish to return, and reason for return. Our customer service team will respond to your query within two business days.
Unfortunately, we are unable to refund any original postage costs, unless the return is due to an error on our part, we will not process any product exchanges. Returns made without prior approval will be discarded.
All non-SOLEILEU items will be discarded. SOLEIL is neither liable nor responsible for returns without prior consent and/or the return of items not from soleileu.com.
If you purchased from an authorized retailer and wish to return your Soleil product, please contact the retailer directly to learn how to return the product.

Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at {[email protected]} and send your item to:
Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will find out about your return.
Shipping returns
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the product got was a defective one. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
