   Absolutely the best flat iron that I’ve EVER used. I broke mine this morning and was heart broken that I would have to use my old one indefinitely until the company responded to my warranty request. Nope, no hesitation from this company. I heard back from them in the same day. They have already sent me a code to order a replacement. My replacement flatiron is already on its way!! I love this flatiron and the company! This is a great company to deal with.

   Best flat iron I’ve ever used it doesn’t burn the hair and it gets the job done for think-curly hair! I love it. Would recommend!

   The iron itself is great. I’ve only had it 6 months and a piece of the plate has chipped off. It would be great to work with me on repairing or replacing this.

   I bought this flat Iron at a cheer competition in las vegas and absolutely loved it. The problem is the entire plate fell off and it has only been 6 months. I spent a lot of money and I feel like the product should last
